Since our founding in 1973, our business has been focused on one key goal: To develop long term relationships based on keeping the promises and quality commitments we make to our customers.
Our founder, Harry Hemphill drilled that central idea into all of us. His view was very focused. He believed that we should do every job as efficiently and cost effectively as possible for every customer. And at the end of the job, we will have created two things: a very satisfied customer and a good friend who would call us back on the next job and refer us to his friends who could also use our services.
For 40 plus years, sticking to this directive has served us very well. AB&M has grown from 3 employees in one small office to over 100 teammates in our St. Louis Headquarters and branches in Kansas City, Missouri and Salina, Kansas.
